Try going into your device manager--go to Display Adapters .. remove the driver and reboot and let Windows reinstall it... we'll go from there.. Also check to see if you have the drivers for your monitor...
Before I reboot (Takes forever because I have screwed up registry changes that improve speed overall, but takes like 10 minutes to detect internet, and let me open windows o.O)
I know for a fact I do not have drivers for my monitor,
Device Manager calls it: "Generic PnP Monitor"
My monitor is a NEC MultiSync Fe770
Should I tried to find drivers for it?
Should I try to show my bsod logs? How do I do that?

    New information, new suggestion...

Back up your data and reinstall. You have made too many changes/tweaks to your system. A clean install is going to be your quickest solution...

    JNC

Im rounding up links for your drivers and one thing I noticed is that Intel doesn't have any vista or win 7 drivers for you graohics chipset. when you installed the driver last time did you install the xp driver in compatibility mode, or did you use another driver?

I assume you have updated the bios to the most current one avail, right?

Holy moley! That's one ancient Optiplex. With something that old, and lacking Vista drivers, here's something to try: download the Windows 2000 video driver from Dell. Either double-click on the file to install to the default C:\Dell directory, or just extract the files yourself. Go to the device manager and manually update the video card drivers. Browse to wherever your Dell video drivers are located, and Windows should install the video drivers. That's what I had to do for my Inspiron 1100 in order to get full screen video (I just had a square in the middle of my laptop screen).

I don't really know how to update bios....All I know is this was a clean install of Windows 7 RTM from Mydigitallifeforums the windows repository thread, which is supposed to be the latest and supposedly final version I have just clean installed and have modified or touched nothing, also last time for the graphics driver I downloaded and extracted the drivers then went to device manager and went to update driver on standard VGA graphics went to browse computer, have disk, next and it installed and worked and I was able to increase the resolution and everything looked nicer but on certain websites with animated ads (That firefox's adblocker did not klick for done reason, or when trying to view the take the windows 7 tour video, or after a few minutes of playing Maple Story a game I frequently play it lags and gives me bsod)

Well, considering the only place you can legally get RTM is from MSDN or Technet, I can't recommend grabbing anything from the Digitallife Forums. And since you can also only get keys for RTM from Microsoft, I'm assuming you are either using a warez key or you are running without a key and resetting the activation window every 30 days.

Perhaps you should install all of the available Dell drivers, not just the video drivers.
