Please completely fill out your system specs in your profile. That will allow people to search for issues with your hardware, OS, etc.

Have you always had this problem since installation, or is it a recent development?

Im pretty sure I didnt have this problem at installation...But when I installed Windows 7, it wouldnt recognize my graphics card it gave it some generic standard card name, and it wouldnt let me increase my resolution higher than 800x600, which wouldnt let me use my webcam, and most programs, and the graphics were all blocky, so I installed the latest driver according to some forum question on cnet, I delete my browsing history regulary to speed performance, so I dont remember exactly how I found the site...=/

Try going into your device manager--go to Display Adapters .. remove the driver and reboot and let Windows reinstall it... we'll go from there.. Also check to see if you have the drivers for your monitor...
