Hello Brad.

You are using Kaspersky that is dated April 2011. You should update it.
Code:
: kd> lmvm klif
start end module name
fffff880`04558000 fffff880`045fb000 klif T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: klif.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\klif.sys
    Image name: klif.sys
    Timestamp: Wed Apr 20 16:04:31 2011 (4DAEB6B7)
    CheckSum: 000A2467
    ImageSize: 000A3000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
But, my suggestion would be to uninstall it, and use Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows.

update the network driver.
Code:
 kd> lmvm athrx
start end module name
fffff880`0704d000 fffff880`071ca000 athrx T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: athrx.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athrx.sys
    Image name: athrx.sys
    Timestamp: Mon Oct 05 22:03:57 2009 (4ACA1FF5)
    CheckSum: 0017C3B2
    ImageSize: 0017D000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
So, it is very old.
First, download the network card driver from manufactuer's website. ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)
Then reinstall the driver:
  1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
  2. Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
  3. Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
  4. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
  5. Restart the computer
  6. If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.
nVidia is also causing some problems.

Code:
fffff880`037af998 fffff880`118b2cecUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
 nvlddmkm+0x1facec
Let us know the situation after applying the changes. If it crashes again, post the subsequent crash dumps following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .

Just did everything you asked of, but I'll have to wait to see if there's any effect. these BSODs are quite a rare occurrence :P
