Welcome aboard.

► Apparently it is your display driver, ATI.
Code:
1: kd> lmvm atikmdag
start end module name
94221000 94758000 atikmdag T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
    Image name: atikmdag.sys
    Timestamp: Fri Dec 18 04:14:05 2009 (4B2AB435)
    CheckSum: 004F3D7C

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Update the driver form AMD Support & Drivers.

Uninstall the following programs:
  • Daemon Tools (at first)
  • Catalyst Control Center
  • ASUS Utility
Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept the restart.
Report us back with the results.
