Random startup freezes and reboot

Hi all, I've recently just got a BSOD after several freezes and reboots(mostly on startup) and hoped that someone could figure out the problem. I've done what someone suggested and cleared out some software but it seems that the problem still persists. I just requested a new motherboard from the manufacturer but I'd appreciate some expert opinion on this matter.

Hello Noirequiem.

It is caused by Atheros network adapter driver.

Code:

And, it is very old, too.

I'd suggest you to update the driver, from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)

Let us know the situation after applying the change.

In this case, the tutorial Driver Install - Device Manager may help you to do it properly.

Hi, I decided to uninstall that driver instead and failing that, updated it. However, I got two more bluescreens and some random freezes again recently. Please advice thanks.

Okay, I'll probably sound like a noob here but how exactly do I find the correct type of driver from that website because I cant seem to locate any linking infomation. I updated my network driver from dell's official site and it's really quite ridiculous that one wireless network driver is causing all these bluescreens as listed below. Crashed around 5 times today which is really frustrating...

I'm using a Linksys AE3000 dual-band wireless-n usb adapter with 3x3 antenna. The driver date for that in device manager shows it as 3/3/2012 which is probably updated. As my computer has no wireless card, I'm not sure how I keep getting that error.
