Can you explain the hang in detail?
If they continue...dismantle everything, do some cleaning (if there's dust) and take memtest.
It's precautionary and totally optional.
In addition, run this tool and delete anything it finds:

Great job on the specs.
Is the picture you posted what you are calling a "hang"?
that appears to be a faulty video cable or socket on the monitor or motherboard. Couls be the GPU isn't getting enough power too, does it have the PCIe power connectors?

The sound card info in your specs is from the GPU card, HDMI carries audio and video signals.

Please run all the tests and suggestions Koolkat suggested, that you are able to do, and post back the results.

No, that's not a hang as we think of it. A hang is when the computer is unresponsive, the cursor won't move, can't shut down nor restart, but the monitor will still display a good picture.
Can you try another monitor and check you connections to this one?

From your picture I think it is a bad GPU, monitor, video cable, or you have a loose connection with one of those. Disconnect each one and reconnect to assure there is good contact. Also if you can pull the GPU and reseat it that may help too.
