BSOD At start up - W7ULT - Memory BSOD related

These errors and problems have occured since I first got my computer. I just assumed that it was a problem that always happened and when I was on W7 x64 Home Premium I just ended up never getting a BSOD after a while but my computer would always restart on shut down.

Now I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate, new SSD and recently changed my DRAM Voltage to 1.6v from 1.5v (after the dumps) along with a few other properties in my BIOS I've also lost the ability to connect to my HDD but since I've just updated by BIOS and had no connected hard drive I've not suffered a single BSOD.

Now from this I'm guessing the BSOD txt files will say something about memory, I noticed the main culprit being memory related so I upped my voltage.
I'm suspect to believe it's a driver error as well as memory errors.

I also can't get back on to my HDD, I don't understand why, I only changed the voltage in the BIOS settings...

    Any help Seven?

EDIT: System Specs are below already via drop down menu.
    EDIT: Updated the .rar

Welcome aboard. Follow the suggestions provided.

    Turn on USB selective Suspense
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

Your network driver is very old. ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)
    Code:
    kd> lmvm athrx
    start end module name
    fffff880`04003000 fffff880`04180000 athrx (deferred)
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athrx.sys
        Image name: athrx.sys
        Timestamp: Mon Oct 05 22:03:57 2009 (4ACA1FF5)
        CheckSum: 0017C3B2
        ImageSize: 0017D000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    upgrade the network driver:

1] download the network card driver from manufactuer's website.
    2] Then reinstall the driver:
3] Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
4] Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
5] Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
6] Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
    7] Restart the computer

If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.

    ► Perform a Disc Check

    1. Reseat the sata and power.
    2. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
    3. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

For further crashes, post following Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

So far so good, I will inform you of any problems if any arise.

Updated all drivers, ran memtest and fixed bios, things should be clear from here on.

Thank you for your help Arc!

Nice to know that it is not a problem there within last few hours. But keep in touch, let us know if there is any further problem.

This the the only two BSODs I got when I started my PC up after I turned it off to go to sleep.

    I recognise that 2nd one...

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.
