    Let us have a look....

    Uninstall the following programs:

    • DAEMON Tools Lite

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

Uninstall ATI display Driver using Driver fusion and reinstall the latest version:

All I have now connected via USB is wired mouse, keyboard and a Logitech webcam. USB selective suspense was already turned on.

    Do the following changes ....

C-Media Audio Interface Driver (WDM) by C-Media
    Code:
    fffff800`00b9baa8 fffff880`04235ca6Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\cmudaxp.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cmudaxp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cmudaxp.sys
     cmudaxp+0x2bca6
    It is old, too.
    Code:
     kd> lmvm cmudaxp
    start end module name
    fffff880`0420a000 fffff880`043cc000 cmudaxp T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: cmudaxp.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\cmudaxp.sys
        Image name: cmudaxp.sys
        Timestamp: Fri Jul 23 15:25:38 2010 (4C49671A)

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Update it from C-Media Electronics, Inc.

    ATI Display Driver
    Code:
    fffff800`00b9bc28 fffff880`04846450Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2

Uninstall it using driver fusion, and reinstall it again.

    update the network driver.
First, download the network card driver from manufactuer's website.
    Then reinstall the driver:

    1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
    2. Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
    3. Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
    4. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
    5. Restart the computer
    6. If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.

    Let us know the results.

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.
