BSOD 0x00000124 - Random with all application

Hi to all,



that is my first post and i'm sorry to ask a help
My friend's computer have many crash always with bug check code 0x00000124.
For example today he has 8 BSOD !

I've attach here the dump analyze from MEMORY.DMP (500mb of it) and SF Diagnostic Logs.

I've run a Prime95 test and appear pass it.
I've reinstall the OS (Windows 7 Ultimate x64) with all update drivers, and update the firmware too.
At the moment i can't run Memtest because don't have an empity CD / USB.

SYSTEM BOARD : Asrock 990FX Extreme4 Socket AM3+ DDR3 SATA3 USB3 ATX
CPU HEATSINK : Noctua NH-U12P SE2 Socket Intel Amd
RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws-X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 1600MHz 8GB (2x4GB) CL9 1.5v
DVD Burner : LiteOn IHAS122-18 22x DVD/CD SATA Black Bulk
HDD : SSD Corsair Force Series 3 120GB 2.5" SATA3 CSSD-F120GB3-BK
VGA : PowerColor Radeon HD 6950 Core 800MHz Memory GDDR5 1250MHz 2GB DVI 2xHDMI DisplayPort
