Just runned short 20 minutes test. 1 minute at start and last 5 minutes idle (i forgot to change theese) so real LOAD was tested about 14-15 minutes. No errors.

Should i run GPU test too?

Keep the 1 minute idle before and the 5 minute idle after, it gives useful information.

You can run the GPU test if you want.

Your CPU Vcore - CPU voltage - is fluctuating quite a bit. This can cause instability.

Run the same two OCCT tests after you flash the BIOS to 1.60, post the graphs here.

Ok, i re-flashed BIOS and returned it to default.
After that, not a single BSOD in 3-4 days. Looks like problem was in CPU. Unlocked third core caused BSOD.
Thats strange because third CPU core is perfectly stable.

I've seen that before, unlocking core(s) can cause instability.

Glad to hear it's running stable for you, you can mark this thread 'Solved'.
