BSOD's under different circumstances

hello,

My computer (intel icore-5, sandy bridge, motherboard: asrock z68 extreme4, 16gb ram gail, win7 full 64bit) is hanging or crashing to blue screen, and it happens under different circumstances.
It could happen while just simply browsing internet sites, or while working in 3d Max. So it is not strictly connected to the difficulty of the process when crash happens.

Sometimes the cursor of the mouse just stops, and not moving, and the computer hangs with the frozen picture on the monitor: no blue screens at all (and no info about crash after reboot either, and no minidump files in this case).

But sometimes it crashes to "classic" blue screen: with info, code etc. After that, it reboots, and reports about crash.

That was the info after reboot:

I've heard that 101 code might be connected with C1E halt state in BIOS, also it could be due to the "intel speedstep" , I've tried to turn them off in BIOS, but after that there also was the same hanging. Any other ideas - what else might be the reason of that crashes?

Any advice would be appreciated!

PS: I attached minidumps about two last crashes... and other info collected by 7forums utility

Please uninstall Daemon tools. Its a known cause to blue screens!

Please uninstall Outpost Firewall Pro. Such programs tend to cause crashes on
some systems.

I and many members on our forum recommend Microsoft security essentials with
a great combination of Malware Bytes.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Malwarebytes - The Free version
Good and Free system security combination.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

In addition, Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Run the system file checker, let it repair any corrupted windows files
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Do these and keep us posted of subsequent dumps

There were no blue screens since the time I created this topic!
I've done this steps:
1. I removed daemon tools
2. downloaded and run TDSSKiller (no threat was detected)
3. run SFC - no problems were found

I didn't remove Outpost Firewall yet, cause there were no blue screens since Daemon Tools removal. I guess that the problem was in them, but I think I need more time to be sure that the problem has gone. If computer crashes again, I will update this topic immidiately and post mini dump!

nope, still no BSOD's since daemon tools removal!
Even during hard 3ds max rendering. So it seems that the problem is solved and topic can be closed! big thanks!
