    BSOD Display Driver


    Hello,

    Lately I’m getting the blue screen and it says something about display driver, can you help me out please?
    Attached SF Diagnostic report.

    According to the minidump file, the root cause of the BSOD is nvlddmkm.sys which is a nVidia display card driver. I would therefore suggest that you update your display card drivers.

    NVIDIA DRIVERS 306.23WHQL

    Yes I’ve updated the driver about a week ago and there are up to date when I rechecked 5min ago, so it have to be something else

    Your system information led to believe you were using 8.17.13.142 drivers aka 301.42.

    Here are snap shot shows driver version up to date … excuse my ignorance, what do I have to do now to resolve the BSOD?

    Did you have the BSOD before you updated the drivers? Have you ever had any stable drivers or has the problem been constant?

    Yes before I updated the drivers.
    It was stable for about year and half now, in the past two weeks BOSD started and I have not installed anything in that time.
