    My GEForce GTS450 video card is new, and properly installed, also updated the drivers..

    Some files are corrupt!! Where did you obtain your Windows 7 install disk from?

    eh? u sure? My Windows seems to be a bit old.. Should I reformat it? or can I still fixed it?

    Your dump file suggests you have an issue with nvlddmkm.sys.

    I would suggest you uninstall your graphics card drivers and install the most recent release. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
