    Passed the short generic for seagate, running the long generic.

    Alright so I also ran the disk check, and it did whatever it had to do i guess as i followed the instructions on your link and let it run until i got back to the desktop. The long generic test for the seagate is still running...will keep you posted.

    OK

    Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
