Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS
I suspect you have a bad hard drive, but lets continue with driver verifier and see if it identifies any bad/old drivers that need updateCode:Child-SP RetAddr : Args to Child : Call Site fffff880`0c077338 fffff800`02c8bf0f : 00000000`00000050 fffffa80`446588c0 00000000`00000001 fffff880`0c0774a0 : nt!KeBugCheckEx fffff880`0c077340 fffff800`02ce32ee : 00000000`00000001 fffffa80`446588c0 00000000`00000000 fffffa80`446588c0 : nt! ?? ::FNODOBFM::`string'+0x43d51 fffff880`0c0774a0 fffff800`02cc8d0a : fffff880`0c077710 00000000`00000000 fffff880`0c077678 fffffa80`03e66948 : nt!KiPageFault+0x16e (TrapFrame @ fffff880`0c0774a0) fffff880`0c077630 fffff880`01007633 : fffff880`0c0776a8 00000000`010e010e fffff8a0`08fa9870 00000000`000001f0 : nt!RtlDeleteNoSplay+0x2a fffff880`0c077660 fffff880`010052c8 : fffff8a0`078e8920 00000000`00000030 00000000`00000100 00000000`000007ff : fltmgr!TreeUnlinkNoBalance+0x13 fffff880`0c077690 fffff880`0102314c : 00000000`00000008 00000000`00000000 00000000`26ad213c 00000000`0000013c : fltmgr!TreeUnlinkMulti+0x148 fffff880`0c0776e0 fffff880`01025311 : fffffa80`04bb2010 00000000`00000130 fffff8a0`09c84bc0 00000000`00000000 : fltmgr!FltpDeleteContextList+0x3c fffff880`0c077710 fffff880`010253fb : fffffa80`04bb2010 00000000`00000000 fffffa80`04bb2010 00000000`000007ff : fltmgr!CleanupStreamListCtrl+0x21 fffff880`0c077750 fffff800`02f99452 : 00000000`00000001 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 fffff8a0`09cb3301 : fltmgr!DeleteStreamListCtrlCallback+0x6b fffff880`0c077780 fffff880`016a9bac : fffff8a0`09c84bc0 fffffa80`09242690 fffff880`0c077858 00000000`00000706 : nt!FsRtlTeardownPerStreamContexts+0xe2 fffff880`0c0777d0 fffff880`016aecc1 : 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 fffff800`02e82200 00000000`00000001 : Ntfs!NtfsDeleteScb+0x108 fffff880`0c077810 fffff880`0162785c : fffff8a0`09c84ac0 fffff8a0`09c84bc0 fffff800`02e82200 fffff8a0`09cb3040 : Ntfs!NtfsRemoveScb+0x61 fffff880`0c077850 fffff880`01626a3f : fffff8a0`09c84a90 fffff800`02e82280 fffff880`0c077a01 fffffa80`078b1540 : Ntfs!NtfsPrepareFcbForRemoval+0x50 fffff880`0c077880 fffff880`016ac63c : fffffa80`078b1540 fffffa80`04bc7180 fffff8a0`09cb3010 fffff8a0`09cb33a8 : Ntfs!NtfsTeardownFromLcb+0x2af fffff880`0c077910 fffff880`0162e0e2 : fffffa80`078b1540 fffffa80`078b1540 fffff8a0`09cb3010 fffff880`0c077a00 : Ntfs!NtfsTeardownStructures+0xcc fffff880`0c077990 fffff880`016bc193 : fffffa80`04bc7180 fffff800`02e82280 fffff8a0`6366744e 00000000`00000009 : Ntfs!NtfsDecrementCloseCounts+0xa2 fffff880`0c0779d0 fffff880`016ab357 : fffffa80`078b1540 fffff8a0`09cb3140 fffff8a0`09cb3010 fffffa80`04bc7180 : Ntfs!NtfsCommonClose+0x353 fffff880`0c077aa0 fffff800`02cee841 : 00000000`00000000 fffff800`02fd7600 fffff800`02ee3801 00000000`00000002 : Ntfs!NtfsFspClose+0x15f fffff880`0c077b70 fffff800`02f7be6a : 00000000`053f4817 fffffa80`09242690 00000000`00000080 fffffa80`039bf890 : nt!ExpWorkerThread+0x111 fffff880`0c077c00 fffff800`02cd5ec6 : fffff880`03371180 fffffa80`09242690 fffffa80`0a304060 00000000`ffffffff : nt!PspSystemThreadStartup+0x5a fffff880`0c077c40 00000000`00000000 : 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 : nt!KxStartSystemThread+0x16
Alright I will run that when I get home which should be in a couple of hours, also the bsod looks like it doesnt all have the same errors.
0x00000050
0x00000024
0x0000000a
0x000000f4
I made another dump file with the w7 tool, would that have updated with the bsod dumps?
F4 as experienced and read in past relates to storage/hard drive issues.
- STOP 0x00000024: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure- STOP 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS- STOP 0x000000F4: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
Usual causes: Has none
24 clearly states problem with the hard drive.
Do you have a spare hard drive or a older one you could use?
No I do not but I could buy one. Also how do i know the verifier is running?
Alright I started running it last night will let you know in 20 more hours if it catchs anything (it has bsod once already I believe since the verifier started to run)
