    What sort of crash?
    Describe in details

Alright, I will try my best.

The crash does not seem to have any certain pattern of when it will hit but it seems the time frame would be between 15-2 hours. No certain activity seems to trigger the crash as it has happened while running different applications. When the actual crash occurs, the screen will freeze, the sound will run for 1-5 seconds after, then make a buzzing sound and proceed to the blue screen where it creates the dump file. It will then reboot and a message will appear saying windows has experienced an unexpected error.

EDIT: I also notice that a lot of my applications seem to crash often, google chrome, games, microsoft word, ect.

Okay, you say its a new laptop so it's under its warranty right?

Run Disk Check for hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it
    Disk Check

Hard drive test both short and long with
    SeaTools for Windows

You may also take a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website

I believe it has 1 year warranty so it is still under just that I am being a stiffler and have warranty as a last resort since it is usually much more of a headache.
