BSOD - Random Crashes, error 0x0000003b

Hello Computer geniuses! I have a problem with a new laptop that I purchased, now before telling me go to tech support....I have and surprisingly -sarcastic- they are useless!

    Computer Specs:
    MSI MS16F3 Gaming Notebook Spec[1]

    The Problem (More In Detail):
So the laptop will run perfectly fine but sometimes at random times it will decide to crash. There are no signs or certain things I Do that cause the crash, it seems like it is random! (BSOD)

    What I Have Tried:
I already have ran memtest 86+ with 7 passes and it found nothing. Already ran virus scans many times. I have also re-installed windows, updated drivers, ect. So pretty much I have no clue what to do now!
If you need more info, please comment and I will try comment as quickly as I robo...humanly can! (unless the laptop crashes again...) (also ran prime95 for 35 minutes without any crashes)

    EDIT: adding correct BSOD post

okay, which antivirus did you scan with?
I see none listed in your msinfo file
    STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

    STOP 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS

Hmm. Please uninstall Spybot, it does find things but it also corrupts stuffs sometimes. Uninstall with the free version of Revo Uninstaller Free

Download, install and update Microsoft Security Essentials. Run a full scan and delete anything it finds.
