BSOD After SSD upgrade and Ram upgrade in Laptop. Mostly IRQL errors

Like the title said, I'm getting random BSOD after upgrading to SSD and RAM.
Initially I thought it was the Intel Rapid Technology, because the system improved after I've installed. But now it still BSOD, but less frequent.

Here are my dump files and jcgriff2 files

    Minidump.7z

    Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2.7z

Edit: Sorry I didn't put my CPU config, silly me.
    Asus u46SV
    Intel Core i5-2410M
    2 x 4GB Corsair Value Select Ram (NEW+NEW)
    GeForce GT 540M
    OCZ Vertex 4 128GB firmware v1.5 (Latest+NEW)

    Welcome

    • Have you updated to the latest firmware for your SSD?

    STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner,
    Backup tool, compatibility

    STOP 0x0000004E: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
    Usual causes: Device driver, memory

    STOP 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM),
Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS
    Suggestions:

Kaspersky does cause BSoDs. Please uninstall it and use Microsoft Security Essentials (at least to test)

Free up your start-up, keep nothing except the antivirus
    Startup Programs - Change

Take memtest. Run for 4/5 passes
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Run Disk Check for file system errors and bad sectors on it
    Disk Check

    Let us know the results

Did you replace an HDD with the SSD, or just add the SSD as the boot drive? Please take the time to fill in your system specs in the User CP. Knowing what hardware you have can be very helpful in troubleshooting

A> Replaced Kaspersky with Windows Essentials, notice speedy improvement (less lag on startup)
B> Startup displays nothing, only desktop.ini
C> Disk Checks display no errors. So no fix were applied.
D> Had not done mem test, but did before a few weeks back that displayed some sector errors, probably 1 or 2. .

Will keep update on progress, also specs are on the first post. Thanks.

OK. Do update the firmware for your SSD if you haven't already.
