BOSD happened randomly

I have had 2 blue screens in about ~one month time. I'm not sure why it is occurring, my computer runs perfect still -> Boots up and does everything I usually do. But just now it blue screened and I did nothing out of the ordinary. I included the crash files if it helps.

The first time it happened was the 2nd of September, from there it has BSOD'd 3 more times and I have no idea why. I haven't changed, installed or uninstalled anything at all.
The BSOD's happen randomly too, my PC will be running perfectly fine then a BSOD just happens, there's no other symptoms...
So, my friend has been having random BSODs, and the BOSD says "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" and it also says "tcpip.sys" the address is "FFFFF8801B27CID base at FFFFF 88001A00000" Any Idea?
My computer restarted after a random power surge on my campus. Once the computer restarted, it sat on the desktop for awhile, then gave me the error bugcode_usb_error.
I attached the .dmp file. Can any of you tell me what the problem is?
I have a HP media center M8200n, upgraded to win7 professional from vista (clean installed), It has bsod many times and can not run WPI check. I updated all the drivers I can find, but BSOD still happens. here is the minidup file. Any advice or suggestion is welcomed.
