[win7 64bit] (32bit) Applications randomly crashing on new Lapop

Through many searches on google on this topic i always came back to this website, however after trying a lot of bug resolving my problems still exist.

I recently bought a new Asus laptop (K55V Nvidia) that came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit installed. At the first day i only installed some software that i frequently use like Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, Textpad, my Bamboo tablet, skype, eclipse, the newest JDK and so on. On that day i did not yet notice strange behavour, but than again i did not yet use any of the applications yet.

Starting from the second day i noticed that most applications (appearantly all 32 bit), including but not exclusively: Photoshop elements; skype; com surrogate; explorer; windows photo preview; Internet Explorer; Textpad; Tablet PC Input panel acessorie and so on, randomly but very frequently crash (just dissapear NO BSOD). The reliabilityindex has gone back to 1. Most of the dumps seem to have something to do with NTDLL.dll.

Here i post some of the crash reports as extra information, sorry the reports are dutch but experience readers should be able to see the values from their location ;-):

I already tried a lot of stuf to solve the error however without any result. Things i tried include running sfc /scannow (finished without any errors), Changing some registry settings also found on this forum (all restored after try), and searching like crazy on google.

My problems still persist, i hope anyone here is able to help. Else i think i have to take the laptop back to the reseller... ...

Thanks a lot for reading all the way to here already!

Regards,
Bas Goossen

Hey I have the same problem!
Sometimes applications just randomly crash - no "has stopped working" or the like - they just disappear into thin air and the only remains are "The application XXX has crashed" - Dialogs.
The weird thing is, that they all crash at the same time!
And after this happens one time, applications just crash one after another from time to time.
PS: Same here - no BSOD

EDIT: The applications that crash are always the same:
uTorrent, Winamp, Steam, Skype, Thunderbird and maybe some others....

PLEASE HELP
