Are you talking about the YUMI Multiboot creator? The one I linked to?

Yes. It's the safest way I know of. There are other ways to make it bootable, but I don't want to risk the chance of data loss in the process.

That should not cause any issues; it's the same one I've used multiple times (for a few years, at least).

Is there something else you're doing that might cause issues?

Well there's no problem with the link and the file, the issue is that I'll have to delete 262.4 GB of data on the drive but I can't because it contains important files. I'll try to make a virtual CD using Poweriso if possible and boot from that if also possible.

You're trying to make a silk purse from a sow's ear mate. If you have USB stick, temporarily move that data from one, format it and them use it for memtest. Later you can move the previous data bac and leave memtest on it.
On second though, just whack the memtest iso to a stick with enough room, it should still boot it.

How did drive F: get that "MULTIBOOT" volume label? Just by running YUMI to see if it recognized it?

Can you post a screenshot of Disk Management, with the window maximized and columns/panes adjusted to reveal maximum info?
