    BSOD randomly, new computer

bad title, but I really don't know what else to say beyond this

I built a new computer yesterday, since then it's had a few random BSOD's, seems to happen when I'm doing anything at all, from non cpu intensive tasks such as browsing, or opening folders, to running vmware.

    specs are as follows:
    nothing is overclocked

    3930k corsair h80 cooler
    vertex 4 128 gb ssd
    radeon 6950 2gb
    rosewill 550w platnium rated PSU
32gb ram. 1600 G.skill Z-series (i have tried with automatic settings and XMP settings)

I've attached the dump files as well. Hope someone can help me out here, thanks in advance

looked through all those threads and cant exactly find any useful information... as in, the issue was not solved in not one of those posts

I tried changing the TDR registry but that didn't fix it.. cant think of what to do now except returning the card
