BSODs can't boot into safe mode, multiple errors.

I recently built a new PC for my friend and he started receiving BSODs a few days after. I was able to to get the PC to boot into windows but it seems as if the BSODs are becoming worse to the point I can't even boot into windows. I have tried to do a fresh install with my Win 7 disk and can't get a full DL without a BSOD occurring. This isn't the first time i've built a PC but it's the first time i've encountered these BSODs. Since I cannot boot windows in regularly, or in safe mode I can't get to the .dmp files. I uploaded the two BSOD messages that display. Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Hello Tbrown.
First try to boot into Advanced Boot Options, choose "last known good configuration". Let us see if it allows to boot into windows or not.

If failed, boot into Safe Mode.

Then follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, Upload the crash dumps.
