Windows 7: BSOD while streaming netflix + youtube, but not with gaming or DvD's

i have a dell xps 15 L502x. it runs great, no problems with anything except streaming videos. it happens on multiple sites, Netflix being the most dangerous, and youtube the 2nd most. my computer will randomly do a sound loop for about 5-10 seconds, then bsod, it frequently says something to the effect of: "a secondary processor interrupt was not received".
this laptop has had 2 motherboard replacements, the first for a faulty power supply on the motherboard, and the second for a faulty sound card. i haven't tried a full re-install of Windows 7 because its a nightmare. id like to avoid that at all costs.

im not sure what else you need to know, other than ive made sure all of my drivers are up to date- multiple times.
