While I was surfing the net suddenly I get the blue screen and restart the machine. This is not the first time this has happened. Here are the problem details

Dear Tom ,
Icon 225 is the driver of my Dongle.

. As I guess, the solution would be moving to a new Dongle. Isn't it? Is there anything other than replacing dongle.

Hi rush3000,

Do you know how to get the latest drivers for this dongle? If not, could you provide me a link to the dongle that you have please and I'll do the rest. It's probably just a case of corrupt drivers and if so, there isn't any need to purchase a new dongle

I searched for newest version, but didn't got positive result. And the below url directed to the site of the Orange, though it says about a software for windows 7, that isn't currently available.

Okay, that's great. That was the product that I found, I just wanted to make sure that it's the same as what you have got before we start getting you to install drivers!

I really don't know which one you need, I'm not familiar with this software and there's nothing explaining the download links. Try the internet everywhere and if that fails, uninstall it and install the business everywhere
