    Hi Koolkat,

As promised, here is the zip file for the previous BSOD. With respect to the Marvell drivers, they were already up-to-date (uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest versions) and I will begin running the Driver Verifier software ASAP.

    Hi Koolkat,

I started the Driver Verifier, and when I attempted to play Sins of a Solar Empire (twice) the BSOD popped up. Upon reboot, the computer indicated it wanted to do a system restore but would hang-up. I was finally able to make it back to the Windows screen at which point I disabled Driver Verifier (the hang-up on the system restore screen scared me. Lol). Here is the .dmp file.

    Best Regards,

Sounds like verifier is not running properly.

Disable verifier now. Restart your computer. Now enable verifier again, follow all the information of the tutorial step by step, check only the non-microsoft drivers. When all the steps are done, restart the computer again.

    Hi Koolkat,

I followed the instructions you laid out as well as those in the tutorial, and the same problem occurred again - a driver error was detected and the computer wanted to run a system restore. I was once again able to get to the Windows screen and disabled the verifier. Here is the latest .dmp.

Well actually I'm not sure of what to make out of the BSoD with verifier enabled. So I've called a friend (and senior analyst to take a look at it)

Did you get more BSoDs with verifier enabled?
