Random BSOD, Locale ID 1033
Hi,
I am new to the forums, but I have read quite a few of the threads and seen genuine solutions to Windows 7 problems, and I am hoping that someone may be able to help me.
Essentially, I am experiencing random BSODs, occuring on average about 3 to 4 times a day and when I am conducting any type of task: Outlook 2010, Microsoft Word, IE, Sins of Solar Empire etc.
This the information that appears when windows reboots:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: c5
BCP1: 0000000000000008
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: 0000000000000001
BCP4: FFFFF800053AD617
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1
I have also attached the .dmp files as per the posting instructions. I do hope that we will be able to resolve this, as this is a brand-new computer, and although not completely debilitating, the BSODs are poorly timed and just downright annoying .
Best Regards,
