Judging by the data presented and looking at the product's website, looks like you passed. How old is the HDD?

I would start with a CHKDSK (open My Computer, right click on the drive, select properties, go to the tools tab and click on the 'Check now' under Error checking). It will probably tell you that it can't do it now and ask you if you want to check on the next reboot (click 'Yes' and reboot). this will run the ancient but effective hard disk checking utility. If errors are found, it will try to fix them. If no errors are found, continue the boot. Have you had any additional errors?
