Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
    Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Run a full scan with Malware Bytes as well
    Malwarebytes - The Free version

With the TDSSKiller, there are no threats found.
But with the Malwarebytes, it detected 5 objects.
    Here's the log.

    Don't thank me yet.

Run windows defender offline as well. Follow this tutorial:
    Windows Defender Offline

Take your time and do it (Delete anything it finds). Let me know the results. Good luck

Hold the boot menu key during boot up, it will list up the possible places to boot from. Select the USB device using up\down arrow, and enter.

Otherwise enter into bios and set USB device as first boot drive, accept, exit and restart. :)
