Need more information, do you have a clue as to why it crashes? Are there ever any BLUE SCREENS?
IS it laggy? please go into more detail to as why it crashes and or freezes.

I do not have a clue why it crashes, i haven't got a single BSOD. and no it's not laggy, My mouse just freezes and i cannot do anything besides restarting the computer. I was searching on the web then my mouse stoped and i couldn't move it or do anything

Along with keyboard shortcuts and everything? the whole computer just locks up.
Not even pressing something like Ctrl+Shift+Esc? (Task manager)
How old is the computer, do you run maintenance and keep it virus free?
As well just to be sure, make sure it does not run hot and i suggest cleaning it out with compressed air, even a vacuum hose if you are willing.
One other thing, do you have all of your drivers that you know of installed?
