Your bug check and it's usual causes list memory as a problem.
The following test may void the warranty of your laptop.Code:STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

The goal is to test all the RAM sticks and all the motherboard slots.
Check your motherboard manual to ensure the RAM sticks are in the recommended motherboard slots. Some motherboards have very specific slots required for the number of RAM sticks installed.
If you get errors, stop the test and continue with the next step.
1. Remove all but one stick of RAM from your computer (this will be RAM stick #1), and run Memtest86 again, for 7 passes.
Be sure to note the RAM stick, use a piece of tape with a number, and note the motherboard slot.
If this stick passes the test then go to step #3.
2. If RAM stick #1 has errors, repeat the test with RAM stick #2 in the same motherboard slot.
If RAM stick #2 passes, this indicates that RAM stick #1 may be bad. If you want to be absolutely sure, re-test RAM stick #1 in another known good slot.
If RAM stick #2 has errors, this indicates another possible bad RAM stick, a possible motherboard slot failure or inadequate settings.
3. Test the next stick of RAM (stick #2) in the next motherboard slot.
If this RAM stick has errors repeat step #2 using a known good stick if possible, or another stick.
If this RAM stick has no errors and both sticks failed in slot#1, test RAM stick #1 in this slot.
4. If you find a stick that passes the test, test it in all the other motherboard slots.
If Part 2 testing shows errors, and all tests in Part 3 show errors, you will need to test the RAM sticks in another computer and/or test other RAM in your computer to identify the problem.
In this way, you can identify whether it is a bad stick of RAM, a bad motherboard, or incompatibility between the sticks.Code:STACK_TEXT: fffff880`0c902830 fffff800`030d14da : 00000000`00000000 ffffffff`fffffffb 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 : nt!SwapContext_PatchXRstor fffff880`0c902870 fffff800`030d3f32 : fffffa80`06ca05a0 fffffa80`06ca05a0 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000004 : nt!KiSwapContext+0x7a fffff880`0c9029b0 fffff800`030d5742 : fffffa80`0a100330 fffff880`0176ad1e fffffa80`00000056 fffff880`0c902b60 : nt!KiCommitThreadWait+0x1d2 fffff880`0c902a40 fffff800`033c54de : fffffa80`06ca05a0 fffff800`030cdd99 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000056 : nt!KeDelayExecutionThread+0x186 fffff880`0c902ab0 fffff800`030cded3 : 00000000`00000000 fffff880`0c902b60 ffffffff`fffe7960 000007fe`f0b70b00 : nt!NtDelayExecution+0x59 fffff880`0c902ae0 00000000`770f165a : 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 : nt!KiSystemServiceCopyEnd+0x13 00000000`0307f088 00000000`00000000 : 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 : 0x770f165a CHKIMG_EXTENSION: !chkimg -lo 50 -d !nt fffff800030d1803 - nt!SwapContext_PatchXSave+2 [ 01:21 ] fffff800030d18e4 - nt!SwapContext_PatchXRstor+2 (+0xe1) [ 09:29 ] fffff800030d1aa3 - nt!EnlightenedSwapContext_PatchXSave+2 (+0x1bf) [ 01:21 ] fffff800030d1b86 - nt!EnlightenedSwapContext_PatchXRstor+2 (+0xe3) [ 09:29 ] 4 errors : !nt (fffff800030d1803-fffff800030d1b86) MODULE_NAME: memory_corruption IMAGE_NAME: memory_corruption FOLLOWUP_NAME: memory_corruption DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 0 MEMORY_CORRUPTOR: ONE_BIT_LARGE STACK_COMMAND: .cxr 0xfffff8800c901e50 ; kb FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT_LARGE BUCKET_ID: X64_MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT_LARGE
At first i didn't open the laptop and i test two rams together. is this test enough or should i test rams one by one?
umm ... I test two rams together. but test result was passed!!! is this enough?
I test One by One. First Ram in Slot 1 and second Ram in Slot 2.but test result was passed and no error exist!
Hmm, how many passes did you take for?
You need to take 8 passes max, you can leave it overnight...(while you're asleep)
wow.8 pass?
I take 1 pass :)
