BSOD While Browsing the internet/Flash

While i play a game either on the internet or an exe. I always get a BSOD alot of them
Most Common ones are
0x000000FC
0x0000008E
0x000000F7
Some of them come with Win32k.sys

What revision is that motherboard?

Uninstall McAfee Security Scan Plus and avira antivirus then install Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows and malwarebytes
Once you have installed both, Update them and scan your system.

Have you updated them drivers?

Once all the above has been completed, please post the dump files if any.
