Computer is freezing without BSOD's, forcing me to manually restart it

Im having problems in the late with this issue. I tried to switch RAM's in other slots, didn't help. I tried to run MemTest for 3-4 hours, 3 passes went without any error. Then i reformatted Windows and still i got errors. Sometimes days are passing before it suddenly happen, sometimes 2-3 times per day. Its really annoying, cause this is "almost" a new computer, only 1 year old builded by me. Problems started some 4-5 months ago

EDIT: sfc /scannow didn't show any error whatsoever

Found in Problem devices: Standard PS/2 Keyboard ACPI\PNP0303\4&8AB8035&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Looks like it might be the keyboard giving you problems, go to device manager and see if you can update the driver, failing that, see if you can use another keyboard while we troubleshoot.

Keep us posted, Thanks

For monitoring the heat/celsius of the system, use Speccy or HWinfo:
Please uninstall ESET antivirus and SPYBOT replace with MSE (at least to test). Look for the relevant removal tool from google to uninstall.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:- Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
