BSOD and crashes while gaming and streaming

Hello all,

So I've been getting a lot of BSOD while watching videos being live-streamed over on Twitch.tv. I don't know the exact message it said but I do remember it saying that I have a hardware error. Fast forward a few days and I'm not getting many BSOD but now my computer just randomly crashes while watching streams or playing games. Today I managed to get another BSOD while watching a stream and playing a game. If anyone can figure out what is wrong I would appreciate it.

System specs: Custom built. Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460.

If you need any additional information please let me know. I'm pretty bad when it comes to computer stuff so bear with me please.

Thanks!
