Welcome aboard.
Avro keyboard? I used to use it.

► It is nVidia storage driver that is failed here.
Code:
fffff880`0a7a5a88  fffff880`00f901adUnable to load image nvstor.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvstor.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvstor.sys
 nvstor+0x131ad
And, it is way old, as I am seeing.
Code:
lmvm nvstor
start             end                 module name
fffff880`00f7d000 fffff880`00fa8000   nvstor   T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nvstor.sys
    Image path: nvstor.sys
    Image name: nvstor.sys
    Timestamp:        Wed May 20 12:15:37 2009 (4A13A711)

    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Try to update the nForce chipset drivers from Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, set nForce in product type and search.

► The BIOS itself is somehow old.
Code:
Machine ID Information [From Smbios 2.4, DMIVersion 36, Size=1911]
BiosVendor = Phoenix Technologies, LTD
BiosVersion = ASUS P5N-D ACPI BIOS Revision 0402
BiosReleaseDate = 03/05/2008
SystemManufacturer = System manufacturer
SystemProductName = System Product Name
SystemFamily =
SystemVersion = System Version
SystemSKU =
BaseBoardManufacturer = ASUSTeK Computer INC.
BaseBoardProduct = P5N-D
BaseBoardVersion = 1.XX
Try for a BIOS update.

► Install Service Pack 1
Code:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Version    6.1.7600 Build 7600
Let us know the results. We may have to do something more depending on the results.

Unzip the file, put the 1401.BIN file on a flash drive, boot into your bios and flash the bios using ASUS EZ Flash 2

**Warning***
If you lose power whilst flashing your bios the motherboard will probably become unusable **Warning***

It would be better if the dumps could be seen!

Anyway, you disable USB Selective Suspense and see it the situation changes or not!
