Do not go around bumping others threads and/or creating multiple threads.
Debuggers have a life out of debugging, so BE PATIENT while waiting for a reply.

Problematic software:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public
Please uninstall AVG, it's known to cause BSoDs on some systems.
→ AVG Removal Tool
Use MSE instead. It's free and not a trouble maker.
→ Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Make a full scan after installing.
Check for updates on your network driver and uninstall any sort of Back-up tools and/or
Remote control programs while troubleshooting.
Free up your start-up, keep nothing except the new antivirus:
→ Startup Programs - Change
Run the System File Check which scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces
incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible
→ SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Take memtest. Run for 4 passes.
→ RAM - Test with Memtest86+
→ Guide to using Memtest86+ - Geeks to Go Forums
Check for an update on your BIOS version:
Code:
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. K53SV.320, 11/11/2011
Let us know if the computer is stable and of further BSoDs
