Hello All, I am a first time poster so I apologize if I have posted in the wrong forum.
I have had quite a few problems with my computer lately. I have gotten the BSOD a few times shortly after starting up but it doesn't consistantly happen and seems random. I followed another thread to upload a full report using the SF Diagnostic Tool.
Wondering if anyone can help me or if the computers done for.

Please uninstall AVG, it's known to cause BSoDs on some systems.Code:Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public
→ AVG Removal Tool
Use MSE instead. It's free and not a trouble maker.
→ Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Make a full scan after installing.
Check for updates on your network driver and uninstall any sort of Back-up tools and/or
Remote control programs while troubleshooting.
Free up your start-up, keep nothing except the new antivirus:
→ Startup Programs - Change
Run the System File Check which scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces
incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible
→ SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Take memtest. Run for 4 passes.
→ RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Check for an update on your BIOS version:

I apologize for posting 2 threads. I hadn't realized quite how this worked.
I am headed to school but I tried the avg uninstaller tool and while running I got the BSOD again.
I was running the newest 64 bit AVG uninstaller if that helps.

Sorry I didn't have time yesterday to get to my computer.
After AVG was successfully uninstalled I got a new BSOD.
STOP: 0x000000F4. I will link to the crash dump zip.
I also had a crash with no blue screen where it said
a file was looking for another file and it was a code like
0x000000a3rafec. Not sure but it was a lot longer.
I am now in safe mode and haven't had any problems but
i'll let you know if I get another crash.

Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
→ Disk Check
Hard drive test both short and long with:
→ SeaTools for Windows
Also the DOS version of:
→ SeaTools for DOS[/indent]

I'm just curious, and sorry to go off topic, i've been doing some research and if I backup my personal important files (Pictures, Schoolwork, etc.)
I dont fully understand partitions but I am curious if I will lose important system files If I delete that whole partition. I would be willing to go pay $15 for a ten pack of dvd-roms if this solution is possible.
- Could I burn a 64-bit Windows 7 Iso to a DVD-rom and reinstall windows 7?
- If I did reinstall, could I safely delete the existing partition and create a new one?
I also still have my Asus 1-year warranty active if that would be the safer solution. I am interested in computer engineering/computer science and would rather do the ISO but if you would suggest the warranty or an alternative solution then I will go with that.

I would complete the hardware tests Koolkat gave you as they are indicated by your crash reports.
But having a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 is always a fresh start, often even better than getting a new PC since most come preloaded with bloatware and duplicate utilties that throttle and can corrupt Win7.
Back up your files externally and make your Recovery Disks first.
Then I'd wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command to get the cleanest slate before the reinstall. DISKPART At PC Startup.
I would complete the tests but seatools needed net framework 4 and when I tried installing that I got BSOD. I even just tried to click the seatools setup to verify it was net framework 4 and got BSOD.
I think ill just do whay you said. If I wipe it clean will i be able to burn the iso or do I need to do that first?

You need the installer to reinstall so I'd burn it to DVD or write to flash stick on another PC.
I would also burn the SeaTools for DOS ISO to CD on another PC to test the HD first.
What were the results of the memtest86 run for 5-6 passes as suggested earlier on?
