BSOD while installing Sound card

Hi,
I would like someone to help me with this BSOD
Got a BSOD while installing Creative Audigy 24Bit SB live
Here's the minidump file attached..

The cause of the BSOD is the Audigy driver, check if there's a newer version available.

Probably caused by : P17.sys ( P17+22251 )

Also do the following:
Install SP1

Uninstall Daemon Tools and the sptd driver

Update the following drivers:

Intel Graphics Driver

Realtek NIC driver
