    Random BSOD 0xf4 errors

Hello, I've recently built this new rig during July, and starting around September I've occasionally gotten some random blue screens with increasing frequency lately. Windows system restore didn't seem to help either. After updating drivers through windows and updating my BIOS I'm still experiencing the same errors. My specs are:

    Intel Ivy Bridge i5-3570k
    Asrock Z77 Extreme4
    G Skill DDR3 2x 4gb
    HIS Radeon HD 7850 2gb
OCZ Vertex 3 120gb SSD, Samsung Spinpoint 1tb

Nothing is overclocked and I've ran a few disk checks on the SSD with no errors found. I have no problems booting at all, and there are days where I wont crash, and days where I will crash within 30 minutes of booting.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Have you updated to the latest firmware for your SSD?

Alright I just finished updating my SSD's firmware, it was significantly out of date. Thanks for spotting that, I completely forgot about it.

I'll post back if I receive any additional blue screens.

Alright, its been almost 2 weeks without a BSOD, I think we can safely say the firmware was the issue.

    Thanks for the support.
