No errors from the second stick on memtest.
I noticed my CPU temps were pretty high, around 50 c and my CPU core speed was constantly at 3.7 Ghz, enabling the balanced power plan stopped the core speed being constantly so high and the temps dropped to about 44 c ish. Not sure if that's relevant but just thought I'd update since maybe my CPU was overheating.

I'm doing a test with my Netgear WNA31000 adapter and completely uninstalling the drivers and using a wired connection because it is always faulty when my pc reboots after a BSOD and my pc suspiciously bluescreened the moment I plugged it back in.

Dumps do not provide a specific cause. Consider keeping your Netgear WNA31000 adapter away and see if the BSODs reoccur

The BSODs have continued sadly, I'm tempted to order new RAM and return my old RAM when it arrives because I've been told memtest can return no errors yet the RAM can still be the cause.

You can check how your computer performs on each stick of ram..

I know, I'm going to test this stick today, and the next one tomorrow, if there's a BSOD I'll switch it out then too.

Update the thread when you're ready after testing that way.
