Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall all the ATI related stuff then remove any remaining drivers using Driver Sweeper.
If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.

Please remove Kaspersky, it's known to cause BSoDs on some systems. Replace with free MSE, (at least to test). For additional security, use the free version of Malware Bytes. I've also added a tutorial for you.
Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Please uninstall any of the following if you have them installed:
- 3rd party firewall program
- Backup tool
- Remote control program

Run the System File Checker that scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Then run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it
Look for any latest updates from windows updates and install them.
Look for and install the latest version for your BIOS.
