BSOD while gaming. ntoskrnl.exe+4b094c

ok so heres the whole story. a few months back i upgraded my GPU from the OEM card that came with my HPE-410y PC to a EVGA Nvidia GTX 560.

because the OEM PSU couldnt handle the GPU i upgraded to a 550w PSU which blew out after a few months. well my PC sat for a couple months until i could get around to fixing it then i finally went and bought a rosewill 1000w PSU. this upgrade got my PC up and running but shortly afterwards my pc started the BSOD issue i am still dealing with.

originally my pc said it was a plug and play driver issue so i fixed that but that didnt stop the issue. so i updated all my drivers but still no change. i scanned the HDD and found bad sectors so i ordered a new 256gb OCZ agility4 SSD and reinstalled a brand new OS to the SSD. still i have the same problem.

this only happens when gaming so my next thought was the video card maybe got fried when the 550w PSU blew out. so i sent the GTX 560 back to EVGA and got a new one. still crashing during games.

i have been doing alot of research into this problem and all the dumps i have looked at says ntoskrnl.exe+4b094c caused the BSOD. some forums say that the Nvidia HD audio driver is the cause so i uninstalled it. other forums point to bad RAM so i ran Memtest86 for hours with no errors. i then reseated my 4 2gb sticks. still no change.

from there i cleaned out the dust from all the pc components and ran thermal tests on the PC even opening the case and pointing a fan at the CPU but still crashed and the CPU logs show the temp never rose into dangerous levels.

i have spent the last month troubleshooting this problem and i feel like my motherboard my be the problem but i can in no way verify that. please help. i have uploaded the dump file for the crash as well as the seven forums log that is a requirement for BSOD posts.

here is the BSOD notification:

Nothing helpful, only that I've followed similar threads for months now looking for a solution to this exact problem and it seems like it's never resolved in any of them. The threads seem to just suddenly stop as if Zombies ate anyone who might be able to help.

Here's what I plan to do and I'm fed up with this problem...

I'm going to start by replacing my powersupply, if that doesn't work I will replace my cpu and if that doesn't help I'll replace my MB.

I've had this problem for so long without any apparent "cure" that I'll throw some money at it, and if nothing else I'll soon have the parts to build a duplicate machine and at least have one that runs.

Not elegant, but that's where I'm at I guess. I have gotten some excellent help on this forum with Windows 7 from very knowledgeable and friendly gurus, but I just don't think this problem has a good solution as the errors are too general and vague.

Good luck.
