BSOD Error 0x0000006B

Well Hello guys i keep getting this BSOD well i just play Fly For Fun thats about it that is what i use my computer for most of the time and Facebook. i checked for over 2 days on Google so i found this forums today and hope i can get some help with this really thanks for taking your time to read this.
I Try to run on Safe mode but it wont by pass BSOD

STOP 0x0000006B: PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
Usual causes: Hard drive, Cables, Missing boot files, Disabled driver

So, you do the following things ...
► make it sure that all the cables (inside and outside of the computer) is fixed properly, and they are working properly.

► Check your hard drive for possible errors:

1. Reseat the sata and power.
2. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
3. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

► Run Startup Repair for three times, with restarts after every single run.
