BSOD at starup and when playing games!

Hi all, BSOD appeared on my laptop many times in recent days. 1 time at startup and seem around 1 minute when playing Age of Empires I. I have re-installed Windows, check hardware in laptop store where I bought this laptop but nothing changed, BSOD still appear when playing game. It seem caused by VGA driver. I have downloaded and installed lastest driver from AMD's site, graphics driver from Dell's site but BSOD still not be fixed. I notice that BSOD always appeared when playing Age of Empires I for 1 minute, with CS 1.9, only one time after about an hour. I have checked with EasyDriver but there were not missing or out-of-date drivers. These are .dmp files: Attachment 237897

My laptop is Dell Precision M4600, its VGA is ATI FirePro M5950, 4GB of RAM. Help me to fix it. Thanks all of you so much!!!

Thanks Arc, I have downloaded lastest version of VGA's driver on AMD's site but Install Manager showed that all component were up to date.

    Attachment 237980

But when I check system information with Speccy, AIDA64, dxdiag, the VGA's name of my laptop is AMD Radeon HD 6700M Seris although in BIOS, its name still be ATI FirePro M5950.

    Attachment 237981

I don't know what's my correct driver for me now and where do I can download it. Dell's site and AMD's site, I have tried both of them.

You may uninstall the existing display driver first using |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download, then install the driver downloaded from AMD Graphics Drivers & Software.

Have you followed STOP 0x101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT troubleshtg. ?

I have tried, after uninstall display driver, the screen became black, i have install new driver after along time in black desktop. But BSOD still appear when playing AOE 1. I think the problem is AOE 1. The Windows Experience Index for my VGA is high, 7.0/7.9, I don't think wrong driver can make a high score like that. I have checked it with FurMark, PerformanceTest, all thing good. AOE 1 may be the reason, I cannot name citizens and troops before install VGA driver, but after installing it, I can.

I am not saying that the driver is wrong, I wanted to make it sure hat it is installed properly.

Is the desktop still black, after installing the display driver again?

And are you sure that it is not crashing other than the particular game?
Try it: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

I have tried FurMark and Performance Test, even FurMark ran with no problem for 4 hours. Desktop now back to good state. I think FirePro series only use for graphics design, I may need to buy one more laptop with VGA is NVIDIA Geforce or AMD Radeon or stop playing Age of Empires 1.

For the time being, opt for the option two.

If you want to get a gaming rig, go for a desktop.
