    Alright, I decided to contact asus this weekend. Trying to get my laptop to their repair center Dx
    First I need to know how, the rma.asus.fi is weird, I cannot understand what to do first :>

    Because.. When I press the step 1 (warranty terms and conditions) it says before calling ASUS blablabla please find out the following info about your computer.

    We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your product.

    You would need go to Relay ! and fill out the repair request
    form. On the form, you will need to fill in a "service ID"; please use the
    "ASUS CASE ID" which is stated on the top of this e-mail. All the
    information, as well as warranty terms & conditions, are located on the
    website, please go through them thoroughly.

    Please be kindly informed that you can recieve a cost estimate if any
    abused damage are discovered during the repair, it can be of an accident it
    can have been dropped to the floor when just moving it and then accidently
    dropped it. Just so you are aware of it, if this has not happend then just
    ignore this message and go further with the previous information.

    We hope we have been of assistance.

    When sent to the repair place do I only need to pack up laptop, no battery?
