NO!!
Please use the links we geve you - they are free in more ways than one.

Okay, but which one do I install/download?
I have Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP2.
Wait.. It is home basic! 32bit
Download the Ultimate SP1 for your language as the disks are independent of the actual edition. (read the Windows Vista Direct Download Links page for instructions on how to create the disk)-
You will need to do a clean install, as you cannot do repair install of SP2 with an SP1 disk. Make sure that you back up all data to external media first.
But will my Serial Number work if it's Ultimate??
Yes - Vista DVDs don't decide which edition of the OS is installed, the Key itself does (so make sure that you enter the Key from the COA sticker on that machine!)
OK, so I download the Windows Vista Ultimate x86 SP1 (Language English USA) files from
Windows Vista Direct Download Links
Then I create a disk with them (can I flash it to USB instead? I have 4GB stick with me now)
and Install it.
Yep - see this tutorial for precise instructions.....
Clean Install with a Full Version of Vista - Vista Forums?
While creating a USB installer can be done, it's really a lot easier to create the DVD (which can then be kept for emergencies later!)
