Would you like me to only apply that to only Atheros drivers?
because I applied to all but microsoft and my computer would freeze upon boot
Wherefrom Atheros came in the middle?

As far as I am seeing, you are advised to update Renesas Electronics Corporation USB 3.0 Hub Driver, from Device Drivers Downloads | Renesas Electronics America.

    Have you done it?

I have not done that, I've downloaded the file from there, and for some reason they wanted me to register to their website before I did. I don't know where in the file to install the driver update is. I honestly don't know what to download to get what I need looking at this website

Edit: Didn't look at this forum since last posting because didn't have another problem until today, posted another zip

Arc, I've done it before, newest drivers they have for the device I have is the newest I've got. I uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled. Let you know if I get anything else.

Hmm ... I also see the same ....

Still, an uninstallation and reinstallation may help there.

Also, did you uninstall Avast! antivirus or did you install MSE and malware bytes along with it?
Two antiviruses on the computer will cause instability anyway.

I uninstalled Avast when you told me to get MSE, ect..
Earlier today I guess something with the Adapter broke and I wasn't getting any internet with it, I had a bluescreen and upon boot-up I got an error saying "Updatetool.exe cannot be found."

So I uninstalled anything associated with the adapter and got a 50 foot Ethernet cable and just hooked it up to my modem. So hopefully this fixes it :)
