BSOD at startup (only?), (Memory Corruption)

Hello!
I get BSOD upon startup. But not everytime I start the PC. It's like once a day, and often when I start the PC for the first time in the morning. I hope some of you guys can give me some help. The only thing I catched from the dump file was something about a memory corruption...

Thanks in advance

M

Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to ATI and reboot.

Delete remnants of the older drivers using Driver Sweeper

Get the latest version from the AMD website or from a reliable source like filehippo.com. If not that way then open Device Manager and update from there.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:Keep us posted
