Windows 7: Keep Getting BSOD every time Error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Every Single time i start up the PC it crashes and it gives me this error. i added a imgur link so you guys can have a quick glance at it. i usually fix my own problems but this one has gotten out of my hands and now i need some back up!

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Download and run the System Update Readiness Tool and then download and install all updates including Service Pack 1.
