driver power state failure BSOD

hello guys,

i ve had this problem for a few months. my ntb is not shutting down at all, and today appeared this BSOD (0x0000009f) for the first time. i m attaching the dump file to illustrate the problem. can anybody help? thnks

You should either update its drivers or uninstall it completely from the system.

Delete remnants of driver using Driver Sweeper
