BSOD when going to/coming from idle, Dell XPS L702x

Hi BSOD gurus,

I've had this dell laptop for over a year now and has worked fine until recently, when I return to my computer i've found that i get the BSOD. Up until now, i've just closed the screen, and walked away and have had no problems. Now in order to avoid the BSOD, i have to shut down the computer after each use.

In trying to figure out what's causing the BSOD, i've noticed two instances. One is that when i wake it up from idle/sleep, it will already have the BSOD. Another one i've noticed is that when i wake it up, it Win7 prompts me to login with my password, and then goes to BSOD.

I look forward to your help in getting this fixed!
Thanks in advance!
